Manoj Sharma
He is an experienced innovation economist with over 11 years of professional experience in various fields including economic development, strategy formulation, bid management, financial projection and valuation modelling, value for money analysis, impact analysis, regulatory reforms, public policy research, business development dashboard design, ICT solution design and new product development. He has supported two State Governments – Uttarakhand and Rajasthan. Manoj is skilled in various areas such as impact evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, public policy research and analysis, financial modelling and valuation, MATLAB, Power BI, Python and R-Language, and economic model design (CGE).
He holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Rajasthan, a B.Tech from Rajasthan Technical University, and several MOOC certificates. Manoj has worked for EY India Pvt Ltd as a Project Manager for Government of Uttarakhand since Mar’21, where he has led initiatives in technology development, economics and finance, strategy and public policy research, and business process re-engineering. He was also a Consultant for KPMG in India for the Government of Rajasthan from Oct’18 to Feb’20, where he contributed to financial and valuation models, public policy development, and the start-up ecosystem in the state.
